How to Get Your Personal Lines Property Quote Even Faster

In our line of work, being able to provide a sense of security for your insured while giving you the best service possible is our main goal.  We have dedicated ourselves to providing you with exceptional service and have even created service standards to ensure you are getting the best!

To provide you the quickest and most complete personal lines property quotation possible, here are a few items that will help us ;

  1. A detailed description of the risk
  2. A fully completed application
  3. Loss runs (if any losses have occurred)
  4. Color Photos of the risk, if applicable (Front and Back of the Risk, showing Exits/Entrances and Overall Quality of the Structure)
  5. Replacement Cost Estimator
  6. Any other details that might be out of the norm that pertain to the risk

Including these items with your application will make both of our jobs easier.  We then can send you a full quotation instead of an indication that would require more information.  Not only does this streamline the quoting process, but it helps the binding process go quickly as well. In short, the more information provided for a submission the better!
